United States Eighth Circuit

Poniman v. Gonzales, 06-2145

Petition for review of a decision denying petitioner's motion to reopen his removal proceedings on the basis of new, previously unavailable evidence regarding changed conditions in Indonesia is denied where the BIA did not abuse its discretion in denying the motion as the new evidence presented did not show that relocation within Indonesia would be unreasonable.
