United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Castro-Gaxiola, 06-2249, 06-2258, 06-2266

Convictions for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine, aiding and abetting with intent to distribute meth, and additional related offenses are affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support defendants' drug convictions and the convictions of interstate travel in aid of a racketeering enterprise; 2) under the totality of the circumstances, officers had reasonable suspicion to believe that criminal activity was afoot to justify the investigatory stop of defendant; and 3) additional information gained during the stop provided probable cause for his warrantless arrest.
