United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Craft, 06-1611

Convictions and sentence for witness tampering are affirmed where the evidence was sufficient to support the convictions and the district court did not clearly err in imposing an enhancement for obstruction of justice, particularly in light of defendant's attempts to misrepresent his assets or hide them from investigators.
