United States Eighth Circuit
Travis v. Barnhart, 06-2142
Dismissal of plaintiff's disability-insurance and supplemental security income (SSI) claims under the Social Security Act is affirmed where: 1) although the district court retained jurisdiction following a sentence six remand for further review; nevertheless, 2) on the merits, an ALJ's determination that plaintiff was "not disabled" for a certain period as she had the residual functional capacity to return to past work, was supported by substantial evidence on the record.
