United States Eighth Circuit
Harris v. Brownlee, 06-2516
In a dispute arising from a settlement agreement purportedly resolving claims that plaintiff's employer, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, discriminated against him on account of his race, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the district court did not err in finding that defendant had not breached the settlement agreement with regard to an independent classifier's review of plaintiff's employment grade level.
