Levy v. Ohl, 06-2291

Dismissal of a suit for malicious prosecution for failure to state a claim is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in denying plaintiff's motion to strike and in relying upon a public record, a state court dismissal; and 2) it did it not err in applying the relevant Missouri statute of limitations.
