US v. Miller, 06-1699

A detention facility supervisor's conviction for depriving two prisoners of their Eighth Amendment right to be free from cruel and unusual punishment is affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction; and 2) there was no error with regard to the admission of a prisoner's medical records or a jailer's statements.
