US v. Garnica, 05-4097

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to possess and distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support conviction; and 2) the sentence, which fell at the bottom of the undisputed guidelines range, was not unreasonable.
