Crossett Paper Mills Employees Fed. Credit Union v. Cumis Ins. Soc'y, Inc., 06-2888

In a declaratory judgment action over payment of a settlement in an underlying negligence case, summary judgment for insurer is affirmed where, under the policy at issue, bodily injury was excluded from coverage if the injury's sole proximate cause was the use of an automobile, and the district court did not err in determining that the exclusion applied.
