In a dispute over an insurer's duty to defend an individual against an alienation of affections claim brought by the spouse of a woman with whom he had an affair, summary judgment for defendant finding that the insurer had a duty to defend is reversed because any loss to the injured spouse was expected or intended, and could not be considered a covered accident under defendant's policy.
