United States Eighth Circuit

Dismissal and summary judgment on civil rights and state law claims against a city and police officers is affirmed where: 1) the district court's orders in an earlier matter were valid and final for the purposes of precluding further litigation between the parties on the issues that those orders decided; and 2) it properly held that the city and its police officers were entitled to summary judgment on the remaining claims.
