In an action alleging that a state board's practice of using an absentee judge during physician disciplinary hearings violated plaintiff's due process rights under 42 U.S.C. section 1983, dismissal of claims against the Chief Medical Officer of Nebraska is affirmed where he was entitled to absolute immunity.
