Denial of habeas relief in a first-degree murder, death penalty case is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the exclusion of another individual's confession; 2) exclusion of defendant's expert witness; 3) ineffective assistance of counsel; 4) evidence regarding his involvement in a murder in Mexico; and 5) sufficiency of the evidence.
