In an interpleader action to resolve competing claims to the proceeds of an individual's life insurance policy, a decision holding that his wife was entitled to the proceeds because she is the named beneficiary on the policy is affirmed as the evidence showed the insured's attempts to name a different beneficiary did not warrant application of the substantial-compliance doctrine.
