US v. Cannon, 05-3019

A conviction for conspiracy to commit murder for hire is affirmed over challenges to the district court's decisions: 1) denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal based on the insufficiency of the evidence; 2) removing a juror who claimed to have emotional problems; 3) denying defendant's motion to adjourn trial to take a Rule 15(a) deposition; and 4) excluding from evidence the government's file on a co-conspirator.
