United States Eighth Circuit
US v. Saenz, 06-2696
A conviction for conspiracy to distribute and possession with the intent to distribute cocaine is affirmed where officers had reasonable suspicion to stop defendant's vehicle based on their on-going investigation of drug trafficking, and the district court did not clearly err by finding defendant voluntarily consented to a search of his truck.
