A probationary sentence for conspiracy to commit bribery and money laundering and numerous counts of aiding and abetting the same is vacated pursuant to the government's claim of error where the court gave too much weight to defendant's medical condition, his charitable work, and the impact defendant's incarceration might have on his employees.
