United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Flores, 06-1938

A conviction for possession with the intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed over a claim that the district court erred when it denied a motion to suppress evidence found during a search of his vehicle and that the evidence was insufficient to convict him of possessing with the intent to distribute more than 500 grams of methamphetamine.
