US v. Gettel, 06-2045

A conviction for possessing a stolen firearm and aiding and abetting a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that the district court erred by: 1) failing to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a stale search warrant; 2) admitting character evidence to show criminal propensity; and 3) admitting hearsay testimony.
