US v. Hines, 06-1719

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit social security fraud, misuse of a social security number, aiding and abetting the misuse of a social security number, and aggravated identity theft is affirmed over challenges to: 1) the denial of a motion for a judgment of acquittal regarding the sufficiency of his identity-theft conviction; and 2) the sentence, which resulted in part from certain enhancement findings.
