United States Eighth Circuit

Cox v. Barnhart, 06-2226

Denial of a claim for disability insurance benefits based on back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and other ailments is affirmed where the denial was supported by substantial evidence that claimant had the residual functional capacity to perform sedentary work at the time her insurance expired, a hypothetical question was properly framed, the ALJ properly relied on certain testimony, and the ALJ properly evaluated inconsistencies in the record and claimant's credibility.
