A conviction for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in denying a motion to dismiss under the Speedy Trial Act; and 2) the evidence was sufficient to establish that defendant knowingly participated in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.
