United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Walker, 05-3881

Defendant's conviction for possession of a firearm as a previously convicted felon is affirmed over his claim of erroneous admission of an 18-year-old prior robbery conviction which he argued was improperly admitted under Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) because the conviction was not relevant to the charged offense, was too remote in time, and was overly prejudicial.
