Denial of habeas relief from a conviction and sentence for murder and aggravated assault is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) violation of his Sixth Amendment public-trial right; 2) ineffective assistance of counsel in failing to adequately address alleged juror misconduct; and 3) ineffective assistance of counsel in failing to present mitigating information at sentencing.
