Nebraska Beef, Ltd. v. Wells Fargo Bus. Credit, Inc., 06-1207

In a suit claiming that Wells Fargo wrongly assessed certain overadvance fees stemming from a 1997 loan, summary judgment for Wells Fargo is affirmed where the trial court correctly ruled that the parties' unilateral contract provided for the additional fees in conjunction with additional extensions of credit.
