United States Eighth Circuit

Deal v. Consumer Programs, Inc., 06-1067, 06-1068

In a contract suit brought by an executive terminated without cause following a change of control within defendant-former employer, partial summary judgment for plaintiff is affirmed where the district court correctly found that her written Employment Agreement required defendant to pay her unaccrued base salary and bonus, but found that she failed to properly exercise a stock purchase option.
