US v. Durham, 06-1020, 06-1021

Defendants' convictions and sentences for offenses relating to the manufacture of methamphetamine are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the district court's allowing a certain witness to testify and its rejection of certain proposed testimony; 2) denial of a suppression motion; and 3) a sentence enhancement for creating a substantial risk of harm to a minor.
