Summary judgment in favor of employer on federal and state law gender discrimination and retaliation claims is affirmed where the employee failed to present any evidence that would permit an inference that her gender was a factor in her termination, and her retaliation claim failed because she failed to prove that a causal connection between her protected activity and her termination in a reduction-in-force.
