Petition for review of an order of the BIA that affirmed an IJ's denial of their application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is denied where Albanian petitioner: 1) failed to demonstrate eligibility for asylum; 2) has not met the lower standard for asylum; and 3) fails to meet the higher standard for withholding of removal.
