United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Guel-Contreras, 06-1845, 06-2165

A conviction for conspiracy to distribute cocaine is affirmed over claims of erroneous denial of his motions to suppress, for judgment of acquittal and for a new trial. Another defendant's sentence for distribution of cocaine and possession of a fraudulent immigration document is affirmed where there was no error in a finding that he committed perjury and sufficient findings supported an obstruction of justice enhancement.
