US v. Haskell, 04-3384

Convictions for conspiracy to murder a federal witness and for murdering a federal witness are affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) denial of a motion to dismiss the charges for pre-indictment delay; 2) denial of a motion for severance of the trials; 3) Batson claims; 4) exclusion of evidence; 5) jury instructions; 6) a Brady claim; and 7) a claim of newly discovered evidence.
