Freeman v. Ace Tel. Ass'n, 06-1435

Summary judgment against an employee on a retaliation claim that he brought against his former employer under the Minnesota Whistleblower Statute is affirmed where plaintiff failed to produce evidence of a causal connection between his report to the board of directors, which stated that the company's mileage reimbursement policy might result in violations of federal income tax laws, and his termination.
