In an action brought by a carrier against Qwest Corporation alleging violations of its federal and state tariffs, as well as unjust enrichment, for services provided in connecting wireless calls to rural Iowa telephone companies, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed over plaintiff's principal claim that the district court should have applied the filed rate doctrine.
