Travelers Property Cas. Co. of Am. v. Gen. Cas. Ins. Cos., 05-3863

Summary judgment for the insurer of a golf course in a declaratory judgment action, finding that it had no duty to defend a golf instructor in an underlying negligence action, is affirmed where neither the complaint in the underlying case nor the extrinsic evidence known to the insurer presented a situation in which there arguably was coverage under its policy.
