United States Eighth Circuit

US v. One Star, 05-2110

Defendant's convictions for aggravated sexual abuse of a child and simple assault, stemming from charges of sexual abuse and assault of his daughters, are affirmed over claims that: 1) the prosecutor violated his constitutional right to remain silent; and 2) there was insufficient evidence to convict on six counts of aggravated sexual abuse.
