United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Poe, 06-1730

Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized during a warrantless search of his home in a prosecution for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that probable cause and exigent circumstances did not exist to support an officer's visual search of a duplex through the back door or another officer's entry into the residence.
