Equal Opportunity Employment Comm'n v. Trans States Airlines, Inc., 05-2009, 05-2010, 05-2046

In an action brought under Title VII and state law alleging the wrongful termination of a non-Arab Muslim pilot in the wake of 9/11, summary judgment for defendant, former employer, and denial of its motion for attorney's fees are affirmed where the district court properly granted summary judgment for the employer, and did not abuse its discretion in denying attorney's fees.
