Denial of defendant's motion under Fed. R. Crim. P. 36 to correct a purported clerical error involving sentencing is affirmed where there was no scrivener's mistake involved with regard to the district court's failure to append a memorandum of its findings on a contested matter to the Presentence Report (PSR).
