United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Marquez, 06-1527, 06-1528

Convictions for possession with intent to distribute marijuana found hidden in a commercial trailer defendants were driving are affirmed over claims that there was insufficient evidence that they knowingly possessed the well-hidden marijuana, and that the district court abused its discretion in admitting evidence of one defendant's prior drug conviction.
