Smith v. Alamo Rent-a-Car, 05-3902, 05-3904

In a negligence and product liability action arising from a car accident involving a rental car, summary judgment in favor of Nissan and a rental car company in an action brought by decedents' survivors and the injured driver of another car is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion in excluding plaintiff's expert's opinions regarding the necessity of warnings that the Pathfinder was unsafe at highway speeds.
