Munoz-Yepez v. Gonzales, 05-3372

Petition for review of a decision finding petitioner removable and denying him discretionary relief from removal is denied over petitioner's primary claim that he was entitled to a permanent waiver of the adverse consequences of his felony drug conviction under the Supreme Court's decision in I.N.S. v.
