US v. Clemmons, 05-4235

A conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that the district court: 1) erred in denying a motion to exclude statements; 2) imposed a sentence in violation of the Ex Post Facto and Due Process clauses; and 3) erred in classifying a Missouri felony conviction for first degree tampering as a crime of violence.
