United States Eighth Circuit

Robinson v. White County, 05-3362

Upon plaintiff's petition for rehearing, dismissal of plaintiff's state law claims, including civil rights and false arrest claims, against a county and judge is reversed and remanded where defendants failed to identify grounds demonstrating the absence of a genuine issue of material fact as to the claims and the district court failed to articulate its basis for dismissing them.
