In a coverage dispute brought by plaintiffs representing persons killed during a multi-vehicle accident involving a leased tractor-trailer driven by an employee of a defendant, summary judgment for the insurer is affirmed where an excess insurance policy to the truck leasing company provided it protection only to the extent of the limits provided in the lease agreement, and limited liability to the same amount covered by the primary policy.
