Belde v. Ferguson Enters., Inc., 05-3831

Summary judgment for an employer on plaintiff's claim that his termination as a commercial vehicle driver violated his rights under state law is affirmed where defendant terminated plaintiff for refusing to submit to a test mandated by federal law and termination on that ground is not prohibited by the state law at issue.
