Summary judgment for defendants on a mother's 42 U.S.C. section 1983 claim alleging that defendants acted with deliberate indifference with respect to the medical treatment of her son while in the custody is affirmed where there was an absence of expert proof of a causal connection between defendants' medical treatment and the decedent's death from a rare autoimmune disease.
