Dismissal of plaintiff's unjust enrichment claim and a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict awarding plaintiff damages under the Minnesota Termination of Sales Representatives Act is affirmed where defendant did not show that the damages awarded violated the statute or that evidentiary rulings were an abuse of discretion, and plaintiff did not show that summary judgment was inappropriately granted on its unjust enrichment claim.
