United States Eighth Circuit

A decision denying disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits pursuant to a finding that claimant was not disabled because he had sufficient residual function capacity to perform a significant number of jobs in the national economy is affirmed over claims that: 1) an ALJ erred in failing to give controlling weight to treating physicians' opinions; and 2) the ALJ did not properly assess claimant's credibility.
