United States Eighth Circuit
Onsongo v. Gonzales, 05-3926
A petition for review of a denial of petitioner's application for asylum, withholding of removal and relief under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) is denied where an adverse credibility finding was supported by specific, cogent reasons for disbelief, and thus, the record does not compel a reasonable factfinder to find petitioner eligible for asylum, and her other claims failed for the same reason.
