US v. Lopez-Vargas, 05-3283

A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and criminal forfeiture is affirmed where: 1) a vehicle search was within the scope of defendant's consent and was valid, and thus denial of a suppression motion was proper; and 2) the district court did not clearly err in finding defendant was not entitled to a minor role reduction.
